Applicant Privacy Notice
This notice describes what Encre Media Group collects through the Careers application system, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and the choices applicants have. It covers this system only.
What is collected
Contact and location details you provide (name, preferred name if given, email, phone, city, state, and country), optional LinkedIn and website or portfolio links, your resume and optional cover letter, professional experience, education and certifications, accomplishments, answers to role-specific questions, employment details (expected annual base salary, earliest available start date, willingness to travel, and work authorization information where you choose to provide it), optional references, and the consent choices you make on the application form. The form does not ask for date of birth, Social Security numbers, government IDs, bank details, or salary history.
Why it is collected
To review your application for the role you applied for, to contact you about that application, to schedule interviews and reference checks where applicable, and to keep an internal record of the recruitment decision. Internal notes, interview notes, and evaluation scores are kept inside the staff admin portal only and are never shown on a public page.
Retention
Applications, documents, and related internal notes are retained in the recruitment system while the role is being filled and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and to respond to questions about the process. Drafts saved with a resume link expire after 30 days. Signed confidentiality agreements are retained as company records with their signing timestamp and version.
Applicant choices and rights
You may withdraw an application by contacting Encre through the contact form. You may ask what application information is held about you, ask for a correction, or ask for your application to be withdrawn from consideration, by contacting Encre through the contact form. Where a confidentiality agreement is requested, signing it is a separate step from applying, and you will be shown the full agreement text before you are asked to sign.
This notice is a factual description of this system. It does not replace any separate employment, contractor, or confidentiality agreement.
